Minimum Age Requirement:

It is advised that participants be a minimum of 16 years old to fully benefit from our classes, considering the level of maturity and body awareness required. However, participants as young as 14 may join classes with parental consent. Minors must have a parent or guardian sign a waiver before attending a class.

First Visit to Physical Solutions:

​

All new members are expected to arrive 5 minutes prior to the start of class. This timeframe gives attendees time to get situated and ready to participate. Failure to adhere to this timing may result in exclusion from participating in the class. 

 

Reservations and Charges:

​

To secure a reservation, it is imperative to possess a class credit within your account, which can be attained through a drop-in session, a class pack, or a membership contract. To acquire individual classes or passes online, kindly proceed by registering with your email and generating a password through the "Login/register" button or the 'GLOFOX' app. For existing users, selecting "Login/Register" enables you to procure classes and confirm your reservation

 

Regularly priced drop-in and class packages maintain their validity indefinitely, unless specified differently during purchase, but will necessitate a 12-month extension from the date of purchase. All passes are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable. Prices for upcoming services are subject to modification without prior notification. Online payments are accepted via stripe, while in-studio transactions can be made using cash or debit cards. Kindly be informed that advance registration for regularly scheduled classes is available online up to two weeks before the class date.

Upon submission of your reservation, your credit card will be charged for the order. Physical Solutions and the fml method reserves the right not to process reservations made with incorrect, expired, or over-the-limit credit cards. In such cases, we will endeavor to reach out to you for resolution. Failure to settle fees promptly may result in the suspension or termination of services or privileges.

24 hour Cancelation Policy:

​

All sales are considered final, and both classes and reservations are non-refundable, exchangeable, or transferable. To revoke a reservation and have the pass reinstated in your account, kindly cancel online with a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Upon cancellation, the class credit will be returned to your account for future use. Should the cancellation occur within 24 hours of the scheduled class, the pass will not be refunded.

Individuals who fail to attend, late-cancel, or do not participate in their scheduled class will incur a no-show fee at the full cost of the class. 

Reservations can exclusively be canceled through logging into your account. Simply navigate to the desired class and select the "cancel" option. Please note that cancellations cannot be processed via phone calls to the clinic/studio or through email correspondence.

 

Wait List Policy:

If the class you wish to enroll in is currently full, we recommend adding yourself to the waitlist. Prior to joining the waitlist, it is necessary to possess a class credit in the form of a single class, a class package, or a membership. In the event that you are unable to secure a spot in your preferred class, the credit will remain in your account for future use.

​

Please note our 24-hour cancellation policy. Should a spot become available 24 hours or more before the scheduled class, you will receive an email and/or text message based on your account settings, informing you of your enrollment in the class (kindly remember to check your Junk or SPAM folder).

If you anticipate being unavailable to receive notifications, such as when you are asleep or have powered down your electronic devices, or in the event that you have enrolled in an alternative class or moved from a waitlist to a class, or if your schedule has changed, kindly ensure to withdraw yourself from the respective class and/or waitlist online at least 24 hours before the class commences. Should you find yourself on multiple waitlists and secure a spot in a class, please be aware that the system will not automatically remove you from the remaining waitlists. It is your responsibility to manually withdraw yourself from all other waitlists.

If you have been enrolled in a class and fail to reject or cancel your reservation at least 24 hours before the scheduled class, you will incur charges. Conversely, if you are on a waitlist and a spot becomes available within 24 hours of the class commencement, you will not automatically be enrolled. We recommend checking our schedule daily, as vacancies frequently arise on short notice. Should a spot open up, you can proceed to register for the class in the usual manner.

 

Instructor Changes at Physical Solutions:

Physical Solutions retains the prerogative to replace the designated instructor for a scheduled class at short notice, with another certified instructor if necessary.
